A Note From Alicia and Jason

We are proud to call New York City home.

It’s where we are raising our two beautiful children, where we go to work, where we attend church, and where we enjoy many of the City’s amazing cultural institutions, restaurants, and shops. And of course, it’s where we root for the Yankees.

In 2020, we launched the Alicia and Jason Lee Fund as a way to give back to the City that’s given us so much. Our philanthropy is rooted in a lifelong commitment to caring for others, especially in their most difficult moments. We focus on issues that are both personal to us and deeply urgent for New Yorkers today: strengthening community-based organizations and initiatives, expanding access to opportunity and creative expression for vulnerable populations, and advancing equity and justice across all boroughs.

We care deeply about New York and its people, and feel enormously grateful to be in a position to give back. Through this Fund, we hope to support meaningful change and contribute to a more vibrant, inclusive, and compassionate city for generations to come.

  • With a career rooted in helping all people achieve financial wellness, Jason extends his commitment to equity and opportunity through the Fund’s broader efforts to support individuals and communities in need in his hometown of New York City.

Jason is also Chief of Chime Enterprise, where he leads a high-growth business unit delivering next-generation financial wellness solutions to many of the nation’s largest employers and their workforces. Jason’s career journey began on Wall Street, where he spent nearly 20 years advising and building solutions for some of the world’s most powerful financial institutions. That experience gave him an insider’s view of how the financial system worked—and who it failed. Over the past decade, he has founded and scaled three category-defining businesses aimed at closing structural gaps in the system, generating billions of dollars in value.

Jason holds a degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
